This story is Sweet, Sweetbacks. I live in a tyrannical Puritan colony in eastern Maine and I am only allowed to use the internet once monthly at a library 15 miles by bike. I always use this sacred time to read Nerve and this story was the most rewarding I have ever found.

Great short story. It seemed like a fantasy we all want. Someone loved her and wanted her all the time and then without being truely disloyal she found a way to pleasure herself. The two different origins of her orgasms seemed to be the same. Her husband caused her the good and bad pain as did the fence and she wanted both. Loved it!!

Simply put, a beautiful short story. The author conveys the inevitable thrill of the pleasure/pain experience. I was less impressed with Tim than I was with the woman's needs and her drive to satisfy them at "The Fence." I could almost smell and taste her orgasms.
