Reader Feedback on "Crying in Restaurants With Sarah Hepola"
"But falling in love is scary and bewildering. It's like hoping for a kiss and bracing for a slap, puckering up even as you wince. " and the simile of the roller coaster, in my opinion. So how fuckin funny is courtship?! Why? The thing about us fellas, we're fuckin idiots. Myself included. I enjoy yer writing. It flowed for me. I have issues with continuiity in mine. If yer hypothesis states that the reason involves me smoking grass yer wrong. Only hippies cry in restauraants. LOL!

these want to be so much more tragic than they can be here. that's what's so great about them. i believe the humor, and that's fun. but there's more - maybe that will find it's place in some other piece, down the road.

I am learning so much from you, you can really spell it out for a person.

I'm so in love with these essays. I wonder how many more times you can write with such terse brilliant prose of crying in restaurants. If you run out of incidents, I suggest you manufacture reasons to sob in eating establishments...
