Maybe it lost something in the editing, but I didn't think Power of Porn was asking whether or not it was okay to masturbate to his ex. It seemed more about emotional trauma at seeing someone he loved gettin all hot'n'nasty with someone else. That could be really rough, especially if (as it seems) he still has some unresolved feelings for her.
As for randomly finding someone like that, unlikely but not impossible. I came across some anonymous posts that I realized were my cousin--I still don't know whether to laugh or cringe.

on making a break-up easier... fist be up front, and set some ground rules. it's going to suck, but i think it's best just to sit someone down and get it over with. set ground rules about things like sex, living situations, contact, money... if you're living together, offer to help find her a new place, or offer to move out yourself so her life is less disrupted. be respectful. be decent. if she needs help, offer help, but keep a distance.

RE: the paris guy... He told her, I think that's that.. Why is any additional sturm and drang necessary? They'd only been going out 6 months, he tells her that come December he's moving to paris for 8 months and everything comes to an end.. I think That's pretty concise and formalized...

Don't bother telling the ex about the video. She either already knows, or there's nothing she can do about it, and knowing it has been published won't change her life for the better. (It's the person who made the video, not the person in it, who owns the rights to it, and once something's on the Internet, it's pretty much out there for good.)
