I'm a native Russian speaker. While some of the expressions are more or less accurate, most of them are either outdated or sound too pretentious. Some do not make sense at all. One of the most popular words in Russian is Pizdéts (noun), which comes from Pizda (Cunt). Depending on exclamation of this word, it could mean either something really good or something really bad.

Dick or "khooi" (hard to spell it in English) is the most frequantly used word in slang Russian, even more, only with the help of this only word and some of its grammar forms one can make even sentences or write stories! :)
