If you'd like to manage your account, edit your billing information, or cancel your subscriptions, email us at help@nerve.com. Please include your user name in the message. We will respond to your message within two (2) business days.   

If you are contacting Nerve about a billing issue, or to request a cancelation of a Premium membership, please include the last four (4) digits of the card you used and the date of your last transaction.
