American Apparel resorts to using naked women in its ads
After years of ads with skinny hipster girls showing us their long legs, weird sexual poses, and sometimes, breasts, American Apparel decided to change tacks. So, with the company on the verge of bankruptcy, they released these super sweet ads about Dov Charney’s childhood. Which, of course, didn’t work. So they decided to use straight-up naked ladies, instead.
