It’s a new year, which might mean that you’re on your way to a new you. My advice? The best resolution that exists is to look better naked. Not only will it enhance your love life, it’ll also make you feel a whole lot better (and hotter) on a daily basis. All that said, if you’re anything like me, then you probably hate the idea of going to the gym, or having a standard exercise routine, or going on any sort of diet. Yep, it’s a miracle that we’re svelte at all, right?
