Fashion victim or visionary? Beats me.

But no matter what you think of Katy Perry, you have to admit that her wardrobe turns heads. And -- somewhere deep down inside of me -- I wish that I, too, could pull off this crazed Muppet dress by designer Jean-Charles de Castelbajac. Even if it does send guys screaming.
