The internet's favorite weather phenomenon graced Los Angeles last night as a massive double rainbow made its way (all the way!) across southern California. It all went down during a brief respite from the monsoon-like conditions that wrecked havoc on the area hours prior, almost making it worth the rain.
CNN has some great viewer-shot footage. But the commentary pales in comparison to the much-heralded meme that rocked 2010, as it simply states the obvious. Yes, there are indeed two big, bright rainbows, but there's nary a mention of what they could possibly mean, leaving much inquisitiveness to be desired. Here's hoping 2011 brings even more multi-colored arches to the sky, along with the awe-struck, YouTube-ready reactions they deserve.
