Someone stole the entire Marc Jacobs spring/summer 2012 collection from a train

Outlandishly, the entirety of the Marc Jacobs Spring/Summer 2012 collection has been stolen. And stolen on a train, no less!
The designer's latest collection was on its way to London from showings in Paris, when someone managed to steal the entire thing, which included forty-six looks. The company confirmed the wacky heist in a press release today:
"Dear all, the Marc Jacobs PR team is sorry to inform you that our press tomorrow in the Marc Jacobs store is canceled, due to the theft of the spring/summer 2012 collections during its transfer from Paris."
Yikes! I don't know what part of this I'm more curious about: how someone managed to steal the entire collection without anyone noticing, or what's now happening to whoever was supposed to be keeping an eye on it. In any case, maybe this means we can drag the Olsen twins out of acting retirement for one last zany fashion caper movie? Just trying to make the best of a bad situation!

It wasn't me, I swear.
I sense a potential Hollywood blockbuster...
Why do I feel like this is the adult version of dog ate my homework?
Uh, no because the sample collection has already been shown during Fashion Week; it was stolen en route to editors for use in editorial shoots.
Fashion for ransom?
I dont know why. its not like any normal person could fit into the modle versions
It's not like you can wear this stuff without being noticed in it either. So it's just going to have to sit in someone's closet forever. What a dumb thing to steal.
