Underwear bandit steals 153 bras from Victoria's Secret

Someone took 153 bras from a Victoria's Secret store in Illinois last week, possibly in order to ensure a very merry, gravity-defying Christmas for 1-153 women and their loved ones. The value of the looted lingerie comes out to about $10,000, and the police have little to go on so far.
According to CBS Chicago via the Tribune,
Police believe the thief targeted a display in the front of the store. ... Store personnel believe the theft happened the night before while the store was open. There was no damage and it was not a break-in, Northbrook police spokesman Michael Shep said.
So either there's a Robin Hood out there in Chicagoland, distributing undergarments to the needy, or one of the employees is lying through her teeth.

153 bras stolen while the store was open? I'll bet whoever was in charge of security that day feels like a real boob. Or maybe there was an accomplice? Boobs generally work in pairs.
No big deal. I suspect that someone wanted to try out a variety of undergarments before enduring tranny surgery.
$65 a bra? Really? You don't think they are inflating (ha) the value for the insurance? Maybe because I always buy my Victorias Secret bras at the semi-annual sale or online clearance or eBay. You should never pay more than $20, unless its a super-special bra.
Or on your wedding night.
