New infograph charts reasons people keep breaking up
By Brian FairbanksNovember 24th, 2010, 3:21 pmComments (9)A couple of weeks ago, we shared the amazing chart documenting Facebook breakups by time period, proving you are probably going to get dumped... right about... now.
This new infographic (or whatever the kids are calling it) is not much more optimistic about your chances (although, hey, at least only 5.4% of us never get married and die alone, right?) but it's fascinating to start at the top and watch as relationships spread out in every possible direction. It puts the whole madness of dating into perspective and gives us all something to chew on with our turkey.
(Kind of wish those arrows pointed to some statistics, though...)

5.5% die having never married? Huh! I would have thought it would be more than that. Or maybe they would rather die than get married?
Kind of ignoring the fact that a lot of them are probably gay, unless this specifically referred to straight people.
A number of those deaths may or may not include those who die young, rather than old age...?
You left out the number of couples in which one of them die, either accidentally, old age, whatever.... So basically your chart is worthless.
you don't break up with a dead person.
You don't break up with a dead person.
I would.
People in Iceland who have had an affair 39%
Of those who were broken up with because of said affair 30% ish
Of partners who asked if they could join in 40%
Icelandic people who are awesome 95%
Why would you get married if you didn't have to ?
