Czech police using cardboard cutouts of policewomen in miniskirts to slow traffic

Czech towns concerned about speeding cars have deployed cardboard cutouts of policewomen in miniskirts, in the hopes that drivers will slow down to ogle. Won't they just get distracted and rear-end whoever's in front of them? (Don't say it!)

A choice detail from the AP's story on same:

The mayor of the town of Mrakotin, Miroslav Pozar, said Thursday drivers, including him, automatically slow down when they see such officers.
Admirably forthright, Miroslav. Between this and the (less-funny) news that the Czech government is making gay asylum-seekers prove their gayness by not getting aroused by straight porn (look, just click the story), it's been a good week for sexual misbehavior by Czech authorities.
