L.A. traffic cops busted for acting in porn while on the job

Two L.A. traffic officers have been placed on paid administrative leave after appearing in a porn movie that filmed while the two city employees were on duty. The fate of the two men awaits the conclusion of an investigation conducted by the Los Angeles Department of Transportation.

If not for the efforts of NBC4 LA, the officers might have gotten away with it. The video follows a blonde porn actress as she interacts with men in various work environments. The two suspended officers appear in scenes involving spanking and breast-fondling, and the actress is even granted access to an official city car, where she performs sexual acts on herself. It may have been a clever way for the film's producers to save on the clothing budget, but using on-duty officers who are supposed to be preventing car accidents is a bit ill-advised, to say the least.

City parking-enforcement head, Jimmy Price, sent out a memo back on February 21, saying "city and department policy prohibit this kind of misconduct, on and off the job," and "failure to meet the standards of conduct will result in disciplinary action, up to and including discharge." But Price failed to heed his own memo, refusing to discipline the officers because he claimed to have only seen still photos, and was unable to "positively identify the individuals as employees." Which sounds like a total cop-out. It took a TV station exposé to bring the wrongdoers to justice.
