New Yorkers pretty much have it made when it comes to not paying for condoms. (It almost offsets the high rents!) Yesterday, for example, the city unveiled an app that tells sexually active smartphone users where the nearest place to pick up free NYC Condoms is. But things are getting better all the time — now the condoms are coming to you. LifeStyles has unleashed the Condom Cupid, a Bronx man named Elliott Timmons equipped with wings, a crossbow, and so many condoms.
