Watch: Trailer for Lost and Found, a porn movie that might not suck

Meanwhile, the cute neighbor's dog escapes into his backyard. So his roommate and roommate's girlfriend hatch a plan: David should hold on to the pup and pretend to help the neighbor look for it and, in the process, spark up a romance.
"Is this some sort of Judd Apatow or even Farrelly Brothers movie?" you ask. "No," I reply, throwing my head back in laughter. It's porn.
Some company named New Sensations Romance has produced a trailer for a porn movie that not only doesn't look shitty but actually looks pretty good. Like, maybe I'd see it in theaters if it were a real movie.
Maybe all the free porn on the internet is forcing pornographers to make movies that are actually interesting now? Let's hope so.

This is exactly what porn companies have needed to do for so long. They have been getting away with putting up biology health class films for too long. This movie could be huge if the cheese factor is removed. That said, you are going a little too far saying you would see this without the sex.

why is this brilliant?
because it ensures that just when the world of porn had become so transparent and ubiquitous that no girls any longer thought that it would lead to a 'real' acting career, this comes along to dangle that carrot, and ensure a steady stream of girl next door types in porn.
you're commenting based on a pre-conceived notion girls are coerced into the porn industry through dreams of hollywood. while that may have held true decades ago, the massive media attention the industry garners makes it a well known fact hollywood is not at the door knocking. news programs and sensational specials on e! and extra constantly combat the notion. girls enter the porn industry in the present because they want to be sex stars (of course there are other reasons like money or the simple love of sex). many girls admit that they would love to get work in hollywood too, but that's not why they start in porn.
a movie like this is brilliant because it shows the porn industry is finally considering the needs of women when creating eroticism. the movie has more than quick scenes of bump and grind. it tries to establish an emotional connection with the characters in order to heighten the enjoyment of the sex when it occurs. while men may be more interested in porn on average due to cultural stigmas, are evolving views are beginning to allow women to feel more comfortable admitting their own sexual needs. finally there is porn for them. ***disclaimer: some women do love the harder porn that is out there, while other women will never find themselves aroused by any sort of porn. it is good to have options though.

Exactly the sort of film I'd never watch... but if it has actual sex in it, that could kind of lend some purpose to the whole rom-com architecture. I have to say, not keen on porn movies as they usually are, because the appalling acting just draws attention to the artificiality of it all. Could be interesting...
