Today seems to be a trailer-heavy day! But while M. Night Shyamalan's Devil seems destined to disappoint, Rob Epstein and Jeffery Friedman's Howl seems destined to be awesome. Sure, I can talk about how much I love James Franco and Jon Hamm and Mary Louis Parker (in an almost unrecognizable role), but instead I will talk about how this trailer just kind of...zips. (Especially at the one-minute mark.)

It zips. Let's all zip along, shall we?

James, keep on doing what you're doing. Jon, keep on...not getting your face into a disfiguring car accident. Your acting is top-notch, but I'd weep if your visage was destroyed.

idk, don't think franco can pull of something that earnest... he always seems to have this "it's me, james frano!" look in his eyes when he tries to act seriously.

Looks great. Although, it looks like Jon Hamm has ended up in another role that looks suspiciously like the one he plays on Mad Men, only this time he's a lawyer instead of and ad exec. I really want to see him do something completely different.

I love the camera shots - very typewriter-esque.

love James Franco. Did he sleep with Allen?
