Chris Brown could face robbery charges for “snatching” fan’s phone

Continuing a jam-packed week-plus of douchebaggery following his win for Best R&B Album at the Grammys — a series of events that, so far, has included telling his critics to "fuck off" and trying to pick up girls by promising not to beat them  — Brown has done something that might actually land him in jail.

According to TMZ, a fan of Brown's spotted him outside of a Miami nightclub on Sunday and, as fans are wont to do in this day and age of the "citizen journalist," whipped out her iPhone and started taking video of him getting into his Bentley. Brown didn't take too kindly to the unauthorized videotaping; he snatched the fan's phone through his car's window and drove off, but not before laying down one of his usual misogynist tracks: "Bitch, you ain't going to put that on no website."

That sure seems like the Chris Brown we've come to know and love. Oh, Chris Brown. You're incorrigible!

The interesting part of this whole thing, however, is what might come from this seemingly minor incident: Brown's still currently on probation for the Rihanna beating, meaning a robbery arrest like this might be construed as a violation of his probation and land him behind bars. Stay tuned!

(Or don't. We're all kind of getting tired of Chris Brown news at this point. We wouldn't blame you if you sat out the next round.)
