Jani Lane

Jani Lane, the front man of Warrant, has died at the age of forty-seven. Lane was found in a Los Angeles hotel room, and his cause of death has yet to be announced.

Lane joined the band in 1986 and was responsible for hair metal classics including "Heaven," "Down Boys," and most notably "Cherry Pie." Over the years Lane fought a very public battle with alcohol, and later appeared as a cast member on Celebrity Fit Club. Check out the "Cherry Pie" video below for some of Lane's best work and one of hair metal's most iconic moments. RIP.
