Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes to tour with TLC as a hologram

For those of you still creeped out from Tupac doling out the harshness at Coachella, your prayers have been ignored. TLC announced that Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes will tour with the group this year — as a hologram. If you're unfamiliar with the technology used here, the illusion is pulled off with an overhead projector, a large piece of tilted glass, and the blood of a young virgin. (For Cthulhu.) T-Boz and Chilli reported that the late singer's vocals will also accompany the hologram as the audience sings along and questions the morality of paying $40 to Ticketmaster to watch a dead person sing.

Luckily, not everyone is embracing this new technology. Dr. Dre has gone on record to say that he does not plan on taking the Tupac hologram on the road for a tour. If resurrecting dead celebrities as computer programs is going to be one of this big trends in the upcoming years, can someone spare me the trouble and keep me in a state of suspended animation until everyone gets tired of it?
