Critics and fans who are wondering how the Gorillaz might follow up the highly esteemed Plastic Beach can stop wondering: frontman Damon Albarn has announced that the Gorillaz have already been working on their next album… on an iPad. Don't believe me? Read this:

I've made it on an iPad – I hope I'll be making the first record on an iPad. I fell in love with my iPad as soon as I got it, so I've made a completely different kind of record."

Somebody wants some free iPads, and his name rhymes with… Amon… Dalbarn? OK, whatever, his name isn't suited for that kind of thing, but the point is that this album will: be made on an iPad, likely be disseminated to people's MacBooks using iTunes, from where it will be transferred into said people's iPods and set as a ringtone on still-said people's iPhones. It seems that it's really never too late to buy stock in Apple.
