Ukrainian women protest sex tourism by going topless

The world has been filled with protests lately. We've seen Egyptians protesting for democracy, Libyans protesting for freedom, Charlie Sheen protesting for Charlie Sheen. Oh, and speaking of Charlie Sheen: a group of women in Ukraine are protesting the commoditization of their gender by... going topless.
The demonstration revolves around the "Win a Wife" promotion held by a radio station in New Zealand, which is sending a man named Greg to Ukraine to find a bride. That's exactly the sort of sex tourism that the feminist group, known as Femen, is looking to fight:
"Femen warns the lucky winner of the New Zealand competition that he can expect an unhappy ending in Ukraine," activist Olexandra Shevchenko said in a statement on the movement's blog.
"Ukraine is not a brothel and Ukrainian women are not prostitutes."
No word yet on whether Charlie Sheen has just gone ahead and bought Ukraine as his personal playground, but we'll keep you posted.

I was going to wonder: if these women claim they're not hookers, why do they dress like hookers? But then I remembered: I don't know what hookers look like.
