Wyclef thinks Sarah Palin is "rad" and "shrewd"

Finally answering the public's outcry for his opinion on the matter, Wyclef Jean revealed that he thinks Sarah Palin is, uh, "rad." At a party during Fashion Week, Wyclef told a reporter, "I am a huge fan of Sarah Palin. 'Cause she’s rad. She’s shrewd. She’s cool."
By way of explanation, he offered up this meandering string of thoughts:
"At the end of the day, I’m for the people, because this is the United States of America... this is what America’s really about. Anyone should have the right to say, ‘Look, I can do the job and this is what qualifies me to do the job.’ ...Now, my wife probably will debate and disagree with me. I’m not saying she could be the next president, you know, but there’s something about her. Heavy debates in my house. Whenever I say Sarah Palin, people think I’m crazy, but I like her, I do. I can like whoever. This is America, right?"
Well yes, this is America. Technically no one can stop Wyclef from saying these things, or stop Sarah Palin from whatever it is she's up to right now. And hey, if these two crazy kids decide to pool all of their political relevance and know-how, things might finally start getting done around here, am I right?

I'm no fan of Palin's, but I like that he has the guts to say this, and thinks it's hilarious how many people are going to get a hair across there ass over this. Plus I think all in all, Wyclef's a good dude.
