Bobby Draper says that January Jones is kind of scary

You know how rumors of January Jones' icy personality have flown around in the wake of her cold, unmerciful portrayal of Betty Draper on Mad Men and her literally made-of-stone portrayal of Emma Frost in X-Men: First Class? And you know how some people have defended her quite a bit, and probably balked at the rumors that she was kind of bitchy in real life? Well, out of the mouth of babes comes a depressing rejoinder. Eleven-year-old Jared Gilmore played Bobby Draper for two seasons before leaving the show¹; here's the advice he gave his replacement via TV Guide:
Be careful around January [Jones]. She's not as approachable as the others. She's really serious about what she does. Everyone else is so nice.
Oh, January. January, January, January... (Fun fact: that word has lost all meaning for me. It only takes six repetitions, apparently.) You guys, maybe this means she is really method. Meryl Streep was a bitch on the set of The Devil Wears Prada! Marlon Brando was a jerk kind of everywhere! Please, let's not give up on Jones entirely because of this. (It still does not sound good at all, though.)
¹Gilmore is leaving for a regular role in ABC's Once Upon A Time, not because Jones ordered him to be executed or anything.

I still love her. Maybe even more now!
You know, he never says she's mean or terrible. Just that she's uptight/reserved. That's hardly a crime. Since she's not that skilled an actress, she probably has to concentrate really hard, and is anxious about failing, and therefore doesn't have a lot of mental energy to devote to cutting up. For fuck's sake, not everyone has to be the life of the party.
What I never hear from these rumors is that she's ever unprofessional, late, or rude. Who cares about the rest?
Lets see the kid was what 5 or 6 when he was on the show?
And he's the definitive judge on this one?
actually yeah, he doesn't have the whole forced- etiquette shtick.
Keep these articles coming as they've opeend many new doors for me.
