Crazy realization: the Glenn Beck you see on TV is actually very restrained and balanced next to the Glenn Beck you hear on the radio. Exhibit A: last night, he pretend to vomit in response to seeing a video of "naked" Meghan McCain (it was a TV spot, so you could only see her shoulders). The kicker? She was in a skin-cancer PSA urging people to use sunscreen.
There didn't seem to be a political point to Beck's disgust — he wasn't mad because he disagrees with McCain (though he surely does), or because he loves skin cancer. No, I'm pretty sure he was just calling her fat.
This isn't the first time he's gone totally apeshit on the radio. For example, Glenn Beck is as pro-life as they come, obviously, and expresses his opinion on TV. However, he waited until his radio show before he started to scream wildly about how only "hookers" could depend on Planned Parenthood and say, in his whiny hooker voice, "I’ve got 400 abortions that I have to have! I have to have these children aborted!"
The only silver lining in this whole thing is that Beck will soon be confined solely to the airwaves. His show is hemorraging viewers and will be off the air shortly.
