Parents Television Council says TV teens are too sexy, creates teen-sex montage to prove it

Our friends at the Parents Television Council have launched a protest against the sexiness of teen girls on TV. And, in a move that somehow reminds me of the blundering educators on The Simpsons, they're attempting to make their case via a video montage of sexy, sexy teens doing sexy things, hilariously and timelessly scored to, yes, "I'm a Slave 4 U," by Britney Spears. According to the Hollywood Reporter:

The report notes that seventy-three percent of televised sexual incidents that involved girls under eighteen were designed to be funny, thus using “laughter to desensitize and trivialize topics that might normally be viewed as disturbing.”

Nothing is more disturbing than teen sex, clearly. (And God knows it's never funny.) The PTC also says that TV shows are (in the Reporter's words), "robbing teenagers of their innocence," ignoring the fact that there is probably nothing of which teenagers would rather be robbed. Check out the whole study and come up with your own sarcastic quips here.
