The Blue Power Ranger was gay all along

Blue Power Ranger is actually Gay Power Ranger.

Of the many Power Rangers to chose from (I'm looking at you, ear-ringed Green Ranger), who would've thought that the Blue Power Ranger would end up being the gay one? Actor David Yost, who once represented one of the five original colors from The Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, is out of the closet and seemingly okay with the fact that he'll now forever be known as the Gay Power Ranger.

Blue Power Ranger was actually a Gay Power Ranger.

In a series of very long and candid interviews, Yost talks about his role in Power Rangers as Billy, who, like Donatello of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, was the nerdiest of his world-saving crew. A self-proclaimed "theater fag," Yost disappointingly avoided tackling the not-so-subtle truth that the Black Ranger was African-American and that the Yellow Ranger was Asian.

But really, they could've had a Gaysian Hooker Ranger and still be beloved. I mean, do you remember how amazing The Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers was? If not, here's a quick refresher:

I would hate to have grown up in any other time period.
