What happens when two incredibly likable, charismatic, and good-looking individuals join forces to promote a good cause? This video of Michelle Obama and Jimmy Fallon competing in a physical-fitness competition at the White House, as part of the First Lady's "Let's Move" campaign. And if you didn't think that could possibly sound any cuter, might I add that Bo Obama also makes an appearance?

The fitness face-off began at the White House, where the FLOTUS invited the Late Night host to compete in a series of grueling physical challenges to promote her "Let's Move" campaign, which endorses childhood health and wellness initiatives. The battle for the ages consisted of push-ups, a dodgeball tournament, a tug-of-war competition, a hula-hooping contest, and a potato-sack race, which culminated in a victory for the First Lady.

Although my idea of breaking a sweat is walking from my bedroom to my fridge and then back to my bedroom to retrieve and consume a family-sized container of Wal-Mart fried chicken, seeing these two paragons of physical fitness square off in an epic, Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome-style showdown has convinced me to embrace the First Lady's campaign. From now on, I vow to stay in shape by eating only organic squash medallions and hula-hooping for at least ninety minutes a day, in the hopes that I'll one day turn out like these adorable motherfuckers.
