Zooey Deschanel is in talks to star in a new sitcom

Quintessential manic-pixie-dream-girl, Zooey Deschanel is in talks with the Fox network to star in a new sitcom. It's called Chicks and Dicks, which is just a ballsier version of her band name, She and Him.
Right now the show is being vaguely described as an ensemble comedy about the sexual politics and exploits of a young group of friends (a totally original concept, right?). The project is being helmed by writer-producer Liz Merriwether, the force behind the illustrious Ashton Kutcher and Natalie Portman rom-com sex-fest, No Strings Attached.
While the details are scant, we're betting there'll be a Ben Gibbard and M. Ward love triangle sub-plot by the third episode.

I seriously hope everyone else also notices this strange coincidence and that Zooey D. keeps that ridiculousness going on all future projects.
I'm absolutely over Zooey D. She used to be appealing, but now she's just annoying.
