We all love to hate Hot or Not, a website for vain people to log on and post photos to and be met with the internet equivalent of a slap to the face. Because, really, unless you're 84 pounds, underage and covering your giant naked breasts with your hands, you're not getting anything above a 4.
Let's take this worthless website and move it to the iPhone, shall we?
Nostalgia's certainly getting a thorough kicking today, as iPhone users can now download the Hot Or Not Mobile app to "map out hotties close to you." Kind of like Grindr, the location-based dating service, only for people of all sexualities.
While the app is free for most of the features, there's an in-app upgrade for purchasing a three month subscription to the service—which costs £30. I'm not sure whether ratings and virtual gifts are a worthy reason to spend the extra cash, but if you're just looking for an app that lets you meet singles in your area, the free version should be good enough. I'm only bringing all this up because many of you have complained about Apple's anti-skin policy on the iPhone, rewarding sites like Sports Illustrated while banning anything that's actually "sexy" or defies the corporate image of women as groveling sex slaves. Apple, take down this crap and give us our PG-13 porn, for God's sake.
