Tim Berners-Lee, who pretty much invented the internet (sorry Al Gore) has come out against "closed silos of content" like Facebook, claiming they threaten the openness and neutrality of the web. 

Tim Burton is using Twitter to create a crowd-sourced exquisite-corpse style story. Which is pretty cool, even if you think he's pretty obnoxious. 

Ellen interviews a fourteen-year old openly gay motivational speaker who is famous for defending an adult teacher. It's cute as hell. But also, goddamn, they really do make them younger each year. 

Here's a list of the five best famous people to bring home to Thanksgiving. Surprisingly, Kanye West made the list. I'd imagine he'd be kind of a disaster with the "let's say what we're thankful for" thing. 

And finally, someone read Bush's new book and found the two most abhorrent lies in the whole thing. Which must really be saying something.
