Scott Walker

Buffalo Beast writer, Ian Murphy, was tired of Gov. Scott Walker ignoring Democrats, so he did what any other adult would do: prank called him pretending to be David Koch.

In dumb ad strategy news: Hacienda Restaurants puts up a billboard comparing themselves to a cult. Mass suicide and margaritas, I like it. The ad snafu also spawned a potential meme — Offensive Hacienda Billboards.

When no one was watching, Fox News revealed its love for Radiohead. An anchor called the new King of Limbs the best album ever.

Overnight sensation Ted Williams, also known as the homeless man with the "golden voice," just got a TV deal. Now you get a redemption story with a Barry White soundtrack.

You'd think ad campaigns would have a method to weed out such offensive slogans.

The Scott Walker call is flat-out amazing. He admits he's out to destroy unions, details how he's illegally rigging the system and, for the cherry on top, accepts a bribe from "David Koch". Walker reveals himself as weak, inexperienced and for sale to the highest bidder. November 2012 can't come soon enough.

Note to self: In Wisconsin, you can be an elected official without really worrying about what your hair looks like in photo ops. Seriously, this looks like it was done at a GlamourShots or an Olan Mills. Public high school photo style. Rough.

Yes, why didn't he have the sense to spend thousands of taxpayer dollars on making himself look good? Any self-respecting Democrat would have.
