This is the greatest commercial for a college ever

If you watch college sports, then you know how insufferable it is whenever a commercial for one of the colleges playing comes onto the TV screen. If you've seen one, you've seen them all. They all follow essentially the same format: an epic orchestral soundtrack plays as an ethically-diverse cross-section of students (a) walk around campus; (b) study in the library; (c) ask a question during a lecture; (d) do some kind of microscope work in a laboratory setting; (e) repeat, forever and ever. They do not, in other words, showcase any reason why someone should attend that particular school.

But not this commercial for the Central Institute of Technology in Australia, which has rightfully gone viral. It juggles the task of both being hilarious and subtly showcasing the liberal nature of the school. A perfect commercial, in other words.

I'm not going to spoil anything, other than to say it's worth sticking around for the whole thing.

If I was looking for a college and that was their ad, I'd choose that over City College.
