Watch: 45 seconds of Sarah Palin breathing goes viral

Someone pieced together forty-five seconds of Sarah Palin breathing, taken from the ex-governor's recent video, "America's Enduring Strength," in which she responded to those who linked the shooting in Arizona to her sometimes violent political language. (She also likened such criticisms to "blood libel," the false accusations used to justify the persecution of Jews throughout much of European history. Keeping things in perspective: Sarah Palin's strong suit.)
It turns out kind of frightening, like standing too close to a malfunctioning robot:
This is definitely one of those "internet things" that would make my mother just shake her head and wonder just how much candy-colored lead paint was available to children of my generation. (Answer: so much lead paint.)

This is really uncomfortable to watch. Also, Sarah Palin, you emote so much! So much emotion! So many troubled sighs! So many deep inhales and pauses! You should look into a yoga career.

"blood libel" is just a term for false accusations of violence, it was used correctly in her response. The media loves a "witch hunt' though. That being said, I am so glad she is not going to get elected to anything again.
Sorry G Man, that term is seriously arcane and not likely used by ANYBODY in a generic sense. Poetic license is one thing, but this one doesn't pass spec. My guess is that she's heard the term from one of her hyper fervid "associates" and re-used it in ignorance. It's either astoundingly nasty, or extremely revealing - she doesn't get a pass.
exactly, Either she knew what she was talking about and is therefore just wrong. Or she dosent know what she is talking about and is therefore just stupid.......Im glad that things like this ( not meaning the shootings, but Palins response) happen so we finally see how stupid some people actually are.
Guys who find Palin attractive are just fucking insane. I don't get it at all. Maybe they weren't breast fed as children and are attracted to anything with two lumps in the right place and a motherhood schtick? Ew. I hate to use a Harry Potter reference because it's not really my style, but Palin is Dolores Umbridge, 15 years younger and 20 pounds lighter. Wait and see...
