This is the hottest spread Nerve has ever done. I keep hoping for another hot fat girl shoot, but no dice so far. It's nice to see all the appreciation for these photos from women who feel better about themselves after viewing them. However, I love them for far more prurient reasons- as a guy, I think chubby girls are sexy as hell. So do plenty of other guys I know. I wish mainstream entertainment would pick up on this more and feature more hot fat girls for us to admire.

It's hard for me as a man, because thanks to the fashion industry, I have to jump through hoops to convince the women with the body types I prefer that they are just fine. Thank you. It is great to see a women with a "non-standard" body type be shown as a beautiful woman. Far too often, "beauty" is reserved for a select appointed few. Even plus-size models are encouraged to hide anything which might reveal their fat. They are posed and lit and air-brushed into something they aren't. Here, we see her fat, and it is beautiful. Obviously, this will not sit well with some who have deeply internalized our culture of fat hatred and oppression. Still, seeing the responses here, it sits very well with far more. Hopefully this will be the first step in expanding our ability to appreciate beauty in all its shapes and sizes, and not merely a token fat chick.
