Feedback not just "Suite" but also "Languid days".
This is quite my cup of tea, woman-oriented non-crotch specific erotic photograph. I am a somewhat acclaimed e-author of the same in writing. I have expressed my theme as surveying the relation between women and their bodies, powerfull, yet vulnerable.
Your photo series to my mind fits that bill.
I am impressed all the more because "Not quite the intimate, solitary and sensual experience suggested by these images, the shoot was often awkward, interrupted by hotel room service and accompanied by the televised buzz of George Bush giving a speech and the whir of hair and makeup people. Rather than spontaneously assuming kitten-like positions of ecstasy, Harrison acted out her own sexual instincts for the camera." Extra credit to you both. I imagine the conditions for Languid Days would have been similar.
"Circe has been working on a long-term project, which she says will illustrate a "softer" kind of sexuality, an eroticism communicated more by gestures and facial expressions than obvious crotch shots."
I'd say I am on the other extreme, not 'softer' but harder, albeit very restrained, but there are no theatrical sighs, colourful scenes nor cocks swooshing in my work, all with the aim to remain credible.
Meanwhile wondering whether I could use one of your Languid Days shots to enhance a new story I am writing, with due acknowledgement of course. No, is fine but there is no harm in asking.
as a personal friend of bridgette i must confess that her beauty is not matched by her scent,in fact she smells like a bag of old kippers.the photographer is terrible as well, another upper class english rich girl with no brains whose daddy bought her a studio and all the trimmings.it is good to know the medium is in such safe wealthy hands.
I just came across "Suite Surrender" and I have to say it's my favorite of all the Nerve pictorals I've seen because the "model" is not a model but just another beautiful working woman. Not to say that she is ordinary (I wish you lived in L.A., Bridget. I wouldn't waste time like the man you're with now). On the contrary, her natural beauty is more appealing to me than the models who take hours trying to look this stunning. I love the site and I hope to see more "online exhibits" like this. Oh, Bridget, if you're ever in L.A., look me up!
This I believe to be a very sensual and erotic piece. These photos, to me, show the changing of a woman's
sexual growth, from being a silluete to being in the foreground showing it all. Showing her sex
Also I love the use of shadow in the first picture. The model leaning back on the bed. The way she only reveals half of herself.
these are very tasteful pictures and there's nothing here to be embarrassed. she's a beautiful woman with excellent features. the natural lighting gives it a very sensual and sexy atmosphere. your beautiful.
i'm writing from montreal and i must say, i hate these photos, as a woman and a feminist i find them annoying and and frankly a huge vain and narcissistic endeavour. It is women like Bridget Harrison who reinforce the oppressive patriarchal standards of beauty by continually choosing to disrobe for the cameras.... fuck off bridget... one feedback is a case in point... someone wrote that she is a beautiful model because she is young and pretty... how sad are some of the nerve readership... i guess when were old and ugly they should just tuck us away somewhere, never to be seen again... bridget... keep your clothes on please
ya, i have to say this was my least favorite nerve photo 'spread, don't you have any freakin feminists working over there at nerve i mean comon it's 2002 , where are the naked hard cocks... arn't there any female photographers in NYC taking pictures of naked men with hard freakin cocks...we always have to see naked fucking white women with perfect fuckin skinny bodies and big titties posing nude this has been done and done and done and done and done and done and done and done ... do we really care what bridget harrison looks like naked ... and do we care what she thinks other people will think about her ...naked...what was the fist image but a kitten like pose- there is nothing particularly new or challenging about this spread... by the way i still like nerve
Excellent photo's, very sensual. Would have liked to seen more of the models face, she has beautiful features and it would have been great to capture her nervousness and beauty. Still very nice work, thanks.

"Suite Surrender" was in fact sweet. It was beautifully
done by Circe. I myself am studying to become a photographer
and hope to one day be able to do this same genre of photography. Ms. Bridget is a very attractive young woman, and I just love the way some of these photos show her speckled-spotted skin. So smooth yet freckly, it just gives her body a little something more to look at. She looks delicious. The way that these photos were taken just makes me want to lay next to her and just stare and admire her all day.
Beautiful photos and model, excellent job done.

Loads of fun to watch the sequence and elegant frivolity of it all. Thanks to a well-known journalist for baring it all when it counts and showing us the beauty of the body in normal and non-exhibitionist poses, or "non-poses" as it were. I should look so good!
Dear Debbie. I'am a middle aged man that happens to agree with you on the issue of gestures and facial expressions to me there is no greater pleasure than to watch this in a picture then actually being there. The sense of the minds erotic taste and pleasure seem to take place for me in a woman's face not her body. I look forward to your up coming capture
no doubt the human body is both beautiful and alluringly artistic but am i the only one who thinks that artisticly speaking leaving something to the imagination is more sensual then "the full monty"? send input damagedmentally@aol.com
Another person responded: "very cute girl but kind of chickenshit photos." That person's entitled to the opinion, but I take a different prospective. I think they're pretty good because they show a real human being that's very graceful and pleasing to the eye. These shots are real beauty, not eroticism, and I would take a date to seem them in a gallery.
In my opinion, people like Hugh Hefner and Larry Flynt have hijacked the culture, and equated the idea that nude beauty is eroticism. People ought to look up the definition for pornography some time, and actually figure out the line between pornography and art. Everybody has to do this for him or herself. In my mind, there's no beauty in somebody looking at pictures out of loneliness, or substituting a hopelessly airbrushed image for a relationship.
The term "chickenshit" is pretty subjective. To me, that means having the model prance around in a g-string with back hopelessly arched. Either do nudity or don
This is one of those women to whom Hugh Hefner should pay $100,000 to keep her clothes on. Someone who rates herself part Candace Bushnell, part Bridget Jones and more than a hint of Sarah Jessica Parker should get on first name terms with the salad bar. Some of this site's most boring pics to date. Hate the pantie lines.

pretty good really.....but why do all the women I know a)not look like bridget, b) display the most priggish disgust at such displays, c) deny one the sensual pleasures of such things on the grounds that you want it and they can deny it because they are women, d) at the mere suggestion or sightest allusions to such things refuse to associate with me again and have me ostricized and frozen out of their circles? And where do you find women who are not like those above????
it is easy to take beautiful pictures of a beautiful woman. It is much harder to take pictures of a not so beautiful things and make the pictures beautiful.
i find this a bore. i find the desire to depict a "new side of eroticism" a bigger bore as its being done by every half-wit with a digital camera, or so they'd like to think.
there is nothing new here, just another photographers eye, with another dull 'model'. the fact that there was make up and hair stylists involved seems an utter waste of money.
these images are hardly evocative or new. In fact I find them quite blind.
Im going to look at some of your other work but for the sake of watering down the entire photography medium...can I ask that you work harder?
I thought the photos were tasteful. The subject didn't have to "give face" to be sensual. I think the distance of the camera was superb, as to ensure the subject's privacy. The poses were natural as well.
The most appealing element of this series is the simple humanity within, both expressed and captured by the photographer.
There is no sense of sexuality as a tool, for power or manipulation here, just a very vulnerable and simple expression of self. The fact that the model is attractive is nice, but it has the heartbeat of authentic expression
I'm a 22yr old female and never thought I'd say this but
now that I've seen this I want to have some photos taken of me along these lines...
This is much better than anything I've ever seen in mags.
Bridget is beautiful and these are better than "porn"
photos I've seen before.

I liked some photos, not all. The model has a nice eyesight. Congratulaions, though I'm not expert in photography, I liked your job.
It would be interesting to see an exhibition of this work if in London or elsewhere?
How do I contact the photographer and the model
lovely

Wonderful. Sexy because Bridget Harrison is young and pretty, but also because the intelligence of Ms. Harrison and Circe shine through.
