This is a great idea... but your photoshop skills need to be worked on. Perhaps some feathering so that we are under the illusion that these are real photographs not photos cut and pasted onto.
Yes, this has been reported in the past. And yes, the coverage has been MINIMAL, because, yes, the mainstream media is incapable of challenging the status quo. So, once Bush and his hateful, war-mongering cronies stole the election, the media became pussycats. So we have a VP who is part of an anti-gay/lesbian (and deeply prudish) administration, and the media will not provide evidence of the VP's wife enjoyment of (representing) lesbian sex. The pathetic sycophancy of the mainstream media is one of the most importahnt insights of Farenheit 9/11: hidden in plain sight is copious evidence of Georg W's cynical disregard of human life. The golf swing scene says a great deal. But for mainstream journalists not rocking the establishment boat is more important than being honest. It's great that LC could write a silly romance about lesbians: it's ethically repugnant that she will not today own her lesbian-writing past---or even, really, that she and that dick of a husband of hers will not really embrace their lezi daughter in public. What a bunch of dishonest and hateful nasties control the US gov't now. Remember VOTE in November!!!
I've definitely heard about LC's book. This is incredible. Someone should tell the press! Um, I mean, the real press. Not that Nerve isn't real, but, you know...

good idea, horrendous execution.

These are great. I heard some of the book on Air America and it's pretty raunchy stuff - you go girl!
Oh for cryin' out loud.
Who approves stuff like this anyway?
What we have here are poorly (very poorly) photoshopped images
based on the barest of idea. This is unworthy of being featured on nerve.com.
The people who approved this need to be re-calibrated.
Ha this is amazing - I love the interpretation.... I can't believe the hipocrisy... just crazy, really.
For this who are interested, the text of "Sisters" is available at http://www.livejournal.com/~lynnecheney/.
