There is no feeling of connection between these models and the spaces they occupy. There is an obvious reference in this way to typical pornography. There is a sense as well that most of these women feel uncomfortable... Down to their underwear, sexuality becomes just a life raft. Some of them hold on very nicely! But also....the sadness! There is confusion: should the viewer admire, lust or feel sorry for the world?
Point#2: There are far too few Asian nudes and reheaded nudes. It is nice to see them!

Hard to go wrong with the very good idea, but the photographer has successfully managed to do so, and we can update the saying ' a sucker is born every minute' to 'a sucker book publisher is born every minute'. Skillful lighting could make the idea successful, but the photographer's overlit style takes away the eroticism in most of the photographs. And the locations are very very
poorly chosen.

I was breathless as I viewed Dave Naz' "Panties". With the exception of how a woman's face looks as she has sex, nothing is sexier than a woman in nothing but her cotton panties. I especially found the second, third, fifth, seventh, and 13th pictures in the portfolio very erotic. I can think of no better to get aroused than to lie on a bed naked and see a woman turn so I get a side profile of her, look back over her shoulder, slide off her panties as her breasts dangle. I feel like Tantalus trapped in the river Styx, unable to reach what will satisfy my hunger.

God these shots are hot.
I don't know why, but the panties make the shots hotter than if they were naked.
And boy, it's nice to see some pubic hair too.

Frankly I think these are some of the most alluring photos I have seen on Nerve. The setting is completely unimportant. What we are supposed to see here is flesh, womanhood, and very sexy, yet quite natural-looking bodies. This is the kind of erotica that I like: unassuming, sexy and modest. Many times in other spreads I find regular models who have simply put on their "sexy" face. Here, I think these women actually FEEL sexy. They want you to see them like this and they are enjoying it as much as you are. The poses are natural for them, almost caught in action as though you've flashed into their world for a split second to catch them making sexy poses in front their mirror at home.
I guess I can see where some might say it lacks artistic value because the theme is not really new, but hell, these ain't for your momma's museum. Its just naked women placed in random settings and I think the photographer did a great of job capturing just that. Next time I have my photo taken naked, I want mine to look like these.
