According to a review of Brigham Field's work from May 2005, grunge,
heroin chic and repressive governments killed the spirit of fashion photography back in 1992 and Field is its savior. There's no denying Field's
images of women's bodies — dappled with water or pearls, leaning against leather or wood, always poised and inviting — are refreshingly devoid of
death imagery and silicone. The beauty and fashion photographer based in Los Angeles and New York City is working on a fine art book, appropriately
enough called gODDESS. — Ada Calhoun
