An Arizona man has been arrested and charged with sexual assault and kidnapping after a video of the man raping an unconscious woman appeared online.
Johnathon Richard Hock is accused of raping the woman—who he was dating at the time—in her bedroom and recording the entire thing. Apparently, some people even witnessed it live, as he streamed the footage on the live social networking video site Stickam.
Hock is also facing charges for posting the video online without the victim's notice. Perhaps there should be a webcam in his prison stall, say, right over the toilet? Would the punishment fit the crime? (No. No it would not.)
