Dustin Lance Black's Nude Photo Leak Nightmare

Dustin Lance Black won an Oscar this year for his fresh, moving take on the tiresome political biography-- in this case, the story of Harvey Milk, and now, apparently, he's famous enough that people are attempting to sell his sex tape and its graphic images for large amounts of money...

Perez Hilton is the lucky recipient of the images, since removed from their original source (Starzlife.com) due to legal threats. By the time you read this, however, the only photo left on the web might be the one above, which is a censored one of Black showing off the head of his dick. Subsequent pictures capture the screenwriter giving another man oral sex and, in another, having sex bareback. They are incredibly graphic and private, but also big news:

It is unfortunate that individuals and other outside parties are trying to profit from material which is clearly private," Black said in the statement released to E! Online.

By the way, Black claims the other guy in the photos was his boyfriend at the time, so the complaints about his not using condoms may be a bit misguided.
