Vanessa Hudgens has an endless stockpile of her own personal nude photos.

It's either that or she didn't learn her lesson the first time around, when she almost lost her gig as the star of the High School Musical movie franchise due to similar nudie pics. In any case, she's the #1 example of why it's not safe to leave compromising photos on your cell phone...

I hate to spoil the fun...but this from TMZ: Vanessa's lawyer says the pics were taken when she was underage. As such, publication could be a federal crime.

I don't care one way or the other but that's what I'd say too if I wanted my client's pictures removed right away. Fear is the best motivator, no?

That's a pretty standard threat to prevent publication of these types of pictures. Paris Hilton made the claim when her first video was leaked and then quickly withdrew the allegation. Ms. Hudgens needs to invest in a camera without any sort of data connection if she wants to keep these photos private.

The phone she's holding is a motorola razr, not blackberry. could not have been hacked.

You know, even though shes holding a Razr, it could be her old phone. Then, she could have transferred the pictures on her new phone for safe keeping. Knowing that she keeps her cellphone everywhere she goes, its probably the safest digital place to store photos like these.

well remember what happened to the 3 girls from (what was it...) pennsylvania? who got arrested for "sexting" and were immediately arrested after being reported and sent to Juvenile Detention in handcuffs? they were charged with posessiion of and distribution of child pornography, along with exhibitionism. either she withdraws her statement that they were underage, and owns up to her mistake like an adult, or faces the consequences of distribution and posession of child porn. end of story
