Vanessa Hudgens has an endless stockpile of her own personal nude photos.
It's either that or she didn't learn her lesson the first time around, when she almost lost her gig as the star of the High School Musical movie franchise due to similar nudie pics. In any case, she's the #1 example of why it's not safe to leave compromising photos on your cell phone...

I hate to spoil the fun...but this from TMZ:
Vanessa's lawyer says the pics were taken when she was underage. As such, publication could be a federal crime.
I don't care one way or the other but that's what I'd say too if I wanted my client's pictures removed right away. Fear is the best motivator, no?
That's a pretty standard threat to prevent publication of these types of pictures. Paris Hilton made the claim when her first video was leaked and then quickly withdrew the allegation.
Ms. Hudgens needs to invest in a camera without any sort of data connection if she wants to keep these photos private.
why can't celebrities afford better phones with high resolution cameras. this is real the tragedy of the affair at hand.

The phone she's holding is a motorola razr, not blackberry. could not have been hacked.
You know, even though shes holding a Razr, it could be her old phone. Then, she could have transferred the pictures on her new phone for safe keeping. Knowing that she keeps her cellphone everywhere she goes, its probably the safest digital place to store photos like these.
well remember what happened to the 3 girls from (what was it...) pennsylvania? who got arrested for "sexting" and were immediately arrested after being reported and sent to Juvenile Detention in handcuffs? they were charged with posessiion of and distribution of child pornography, along with exhibitionism. either she withdraws her statement that they were underage, and owns up to her mistake like an adult, or faces the consequences of distribution and posession of child porn. end of story
can't we all just agree to_"HELLO" this is the year 2011. These kids were not born in the 40's or 50's and so on. So boring then. With our techno market out of control now_ it is almost impossible for parents (that were born) in mentioned above to find the on button. We must draw a line on what is porn, and what is not. The Jesus freaks have raved havic in this contry on everything from alcohol, marijuana etc..., shut your pie holes, monitor your kids activities and deal with it when shit hits the fan. If they get caught your hind end is also on the line. So- are you crack, alcoholic and disfunctional parents ready to step to the plate and be responsibile? Didn't think so! Your habits are more important than your kids!!! I love it out of country_ we are the only folks that think going to a nude beach with the whole family is immoral. Almost all of our nude (freedom spots) beaches are gone! THANKS ASSHOLES!! Nudity is free and pure. Were you born with clothes on? Do you have any pics of your kids nude with the garden hose in the backyard when they were young? Shhhhh_ careful with those- child pornography! WTF is wrong with people today? Rea the crap! She is a future Bunny and actress! She is a woman and not ashamed! Just needs to tone down until she turns 18! Then her friends and family will rush to the supermarket when she makes a crap lot of cash and makes Playboy Pet of the month. No crim charges for her! Her mind is more mature than her parents!! I dont think the pics are so bad really :) And in todays society people should be a little bit more receptive to such things and see the world and its people as they are, everybody makes mistakes.
