Meghan McCain Defends Women With Real Boobs

The day has barely begun and we're still pretty sure no one will do anything more heroic than this.
In a story for the Daily Beast called "America's Boob Police," natural-boobed lady Meghan McCain wonders why the idiotic media puts a wacko like Heidi Montag on a magazine cover and celebrates her awful fake breasts... while that same media will marginalize naturally busty women whose boobs aren't four times too big for their frames.
Example:
In the intro, the Daily Beast says her article will address the question: "Why is Heidi Montag hailed for showing off her surgically enhanced chest while Jessica Simpson is mocked for displaying natural cleavage?" Why, indeed?
Meanwhile, New York Times writer Cathy Horyn attacked Christina Hendricks
for her “exploding ruffle dress”... [she] also quoted a stylist who said, “You don’t put a big girl in a big dress. That’s rule number one.” One can only assume what aspect of her body the stylist was referring to when she said “big.” What I wonder is: Would Christina Hendricks still be considered “big” if she had fake breasts instead of real ones?
Similarly, Jessica Simpson recently went out to dinner in a low-cut dress, leading to instant drama in the Twitterverse. US Weekly even ran a story about it: “Jessica Simpson’s Big Breasts Are the Butt of Internet Jokes" [even though they're probably real.]
If one young woman decides she needs 10 different surgeries to be perfect, while another chooses to celebrate her body but is punished, how is anyone expected to feel good about herself?
The rest of it is even better-- check it out here.

I'm so tired of fake plastic tits...... all hail real boobies! yum yum.
This is very peculiar. Is Montag mocked for fake breasts as well? I suspect that these outlets will mock anyone to simply move product. Why would people praise plastic surgery and mock real breasts?
You've got a point there. They weren't saying: "Oh, those lovely fake boobs." I think the problem is more along the lines of: "Why is the media attacking boobs?"
The media reminds me of teasing child in this respect. Kids will mock other kids for anything, even admirable traits like compassion. "Awww, feel bad for the poor kitty that doesn't have a home? Why don't you marry it and it can live with you. Better spay it, though; you don't want too many kitties to take care of." Some kids will mock other people for trying to be fit, yelling, "Run, Forrest, run!" if you pass them on the street. They're just trying to pass the time, just like these magazines are just trying to fill pages. It's just how TV news makes stories out of nothing.
Also, does Megan McCain have anything interesting to say or does she only get to say things because she's a McCain? How far has she ridden her name? I'll have to browse her archive.
Montag isn't being hailed or lauded, she's being paraded. That said, as a naturally busty woman myself, the part *I* am most tired of is the implication that big boobs = sex maniac. And THAT, I believe, is a direct result of the fake-tit industry. Not because those women ARE sex maniacs, but because they are (almost literally) turning themselves inside out to exaggerate a sexual indicator, for the benefit/attention of men, which leads to this expectation that I am desperate for the same attention. Blahblahblah, Womens Studies 101. Really, this is all just an excuse to tell people I have big boobies. Aren't *I* a hero!
Good Megan McCain impersonation, thinky!
If anyone is looking to the media to "feel good about themselves," they never will. Besides, big boobs are gross and will be sagging to your navel by the time you're 30 anyway.
The media can make you feel good, bad, etc even if you're not looking for it to do that.
hi how is made?
I cannot into babby.
Now you say something
