Chances are you saw the heartwarming "American moves to Paris, falls in love, has adorable French baby" Google commercial during the Superbowl. While the ad's been around for a little while, it definitely gained wider exposure last night, especially considering the lame/boring/weirdly misogynistic competition. But the good people over at Slate decided to put their own spin on it with a...different kind of love story:
