Megan Fox's Thumb Double

So by now you might have heard that Megan Fox used a "thumb double" for her Super Bowl Motorala commercial to hide her gigantic, monstrous man-hands. And the blogs are very "Haha on you, Megan," because we all get a little bit of a schadenfreude hard-on to see beautiful people get taken down a peg or two. But come on...with all the body doubles used in movies, with all the airbrushing that goes on in magazines, is it really that bad that the commercial used a fake hand for Fox?
