Who Would You Rather (Not): Plastic Surgery Edition

We can't go one day without some Jersey Shore cast member news, and why should this Tuesday be any different? JWOWW, fresh from her nude photo rumors and clothing line campaign (this lady's publicist needs a raise, ASAP), is now telling the world that she wants to enlarge her already ample and rock hard chest size. According to the reputable New York Post, "She was spotted Friday visiting the Long Island offices of plastic surgeon Dr. Stephen Greenberg, a breast specialist who also has offices on Park Avenue. A source told us, 'She wants to get it done as soon as possible to be ready for the new season.'"

Which reminds of us someone - who is it - someone desperate and self-loathing enough that they just keep injecting more saline into their young breasts until they look like some sort of sideshow freak. Jeez, it's on the tip of our tongue. Oh wait.

Heidi Montag, that's right. Who after getting 10 cosmetic surgery procedures since November, is still feeling "very fragile." Really? Because I'm pretty sure half your body is made out of adamantium now. But we'd love to see an epic Poor Body Image Throwdown between Heidi and JWOWW, with their Double DDs duking it out.. And if we had to pick a winner, we'd probably go with the Jersey Shore girl. I mean, Heidi's a bitch, but JWOWW will tear the Hill's star's friggin' hair off.
