Topless Bar Fires Bartender For Getting Pregnant

Jennifer Paviglianiti is a 29-year-old woman living in Long Island, New York, and working at Cafe Royale, an area gentleman's club. At least, she was working there until her boss gave her the sack -- allegedly for getting pregnant.
According to ABC News, Jennifer filed a discrimination charge with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (aka the EEOC.)
In the charges, Paviglianiti says she "encountered continual blatant discrimination," and that Doxey told her customers are "not coming in to see sexy bartenders that are pregnant and bulging out."
"I had a bad feeling from the beginning... I know John and once you're on his bad side, you're on his bad side. Two weeks before they took away my shifts he said, 'I don't see you making it through Thanksgiving.'" [ABC News]
On a tape ABC listened to, Doxey apparently says business is sluggish and speculates Paviglianti's pregnancy is the cause. He also says customers are probably disappointed to see a bartender "bulging out" when all they really want to see is sexiness.

There's a ton of guys with fetishes for pregnant women. That's silly. Men don't go there for the bartender. They go for the naked drunk women that will grind on you for a few bucks. I worked at one of the premiere titty bars and the bartender was a 47 year old woman everyone loved. It's the naked ones that matter.
I wouldn't call it offensive, but a beautiful pregnant woman can be very beautiful and this woman appears to be. Hopefully she'll get a better offer out of this.
Agree that a pregnant woman can be beautiful and that fetishes exist, but this isn't a fetish club or the cover of Vanity Fair.
