Spencer Tunick’s Nude Army Takes Britain By Blitzkrieg

Spencer Tunick is back. Just when you thought he was out (of places to stage nude photographs of massive amounts of people), they pull him back in. This time it’s personal for art. We’re out of cliches to send up, so let’s move on to the story and the pictures.

The Lowry Art Gallery, perhaps near the Peel Park, Salford, shoot site, is celebrating ten culture-shattering years, and they asked Tunick is he would take some nudie pics of fellow residents. The results were, as with anything along the English countryside, on the pretty side.

Note that this is an extremely small shoot for Tunick — no, not in that way — who may or may not have shot with this few models before.
