Amanda Bynes

Carlton’s announcement that she’s gay came at a critical time – hot on the heels of her not doing anything for five-plus years. Go, Carlton! Or whatever. She announced it at the Nashville Gay Pride Parade, and at this moment I will restrain myself from making any uninformed jabs at what Pride must be like in Nashville, TN.

On Saturday, Amanda Bynes announced that she retires from acting at age twenty-four. Good for her, if that’s what she wants. Her twitter feed speaks volumes of her ambitions for the future.

Regarding the bottom tweet: Cool! I’ve always wondered.

And Lady Gaga makes another predictable move (second only to her Alejandro video) by donning an AK-47 bra on this week’s cover of Rolling Stone. Yawn. Which do you prefer – this one or this one:

I’m going to go with her first cover, because I have no idea what it means, which is exactly the point.
