This "Ferris Bueller"/ "Fight Club" mashup is better than most movie trailers

One devoted /Film reader took a fanciful post they wrote a year ago, theorizing that Ferris Bueller is to Cameron what Tyler Durden is to Ed Norton's character, and edited together a really excellent trailer that makes you wonder how you missed it in the first place. How did we miss it?
Maybe we missed it because that wasn't the implied undercurrent of Ferris Bueller at all. This guy, Lee Keeler, is just a really great editor. Enjoy.

it's okay everyone, cameron gets the girl in the end after ferris goes to college, drops out of his second year of pre-law, comes out, goes into theatre studies, and starts dating ducky from sixteen candles
the dick spliced in near the end is pretty juvenile.
I think the splicing in is a tribute to Fight Club, where they had a half dozen or so "subliminal" frames throughout the movie.
The spliced penis was great! Totally inline with the original. Trailer was great!!
